Death Tax Repeal Permanency Act

To Members of the 112th Congress of the United States of America

Whereas, Senior Citizens are being threatened with an increase in the Federal Estate Tax that will be used to fund out of control spending by Washington Politicians;

Whereas, Senior Citizens have worked hard their entire lives and have saved money hoping to pass it on to their children and grandchildren; 

And Whereas, it is the duty of every member of the 112th Congress to pass legislation that will protect the financial legacy of  every Senior Citizen in the United States of America;

Therefore, I call on members of Congress  to vote for immediate passage of H.R. 1259– Death Tax Repeal Permanency Act – which will repeal all Federal estate and gift taxes.
